Qingdao Caplo Cap Making Co., Ltd (formerly Qingdao Yahua Cap Making Co., Ltd)  was established in August 2000 in the picturesque coastal city of Qingdao. The company has a plot area of 6000m2 out of which the workshop is 3000m2. With a total investment of about RMB10 million and 180 employees (including more than 20 technical professionals, it has become one of the leading cap manufacturers in China. The company is equipped with more than 10 computerized production lines and numerical-controlled injection molding machines which are advanced in domestic market, and daily output exceeds one million. With four Italian SACME production lines, our daily capacity for aluminum molding caps can reach one million pieces and main customers include famous brands like Blue Ribbon, Cocowind, Laoshan etc. Our numerical controlled molding machines ensured an annual capacity of more than 500 million pieces of various theftproof caps.
 
We offer wide range of bottle caps for high temperature resistant oral solution, acid-resistant enzyme drink, spirit, yellow rice wine as well as elongated wine bottle etc. We also provide various printing options like offset printing, screen printing, roll printing, stamping and embossing. Our independently developed sealing material for caps has been certified by FDA, which will lay solid foundation for our export. Currently we are exporting to countries like Japan, Korea, Australia and U.S.A. etc. with good feedback from customers.
